Profile
Gary Pope – Managing Director
I started my working life in the Parachute Regiment straight from school. After 7 years service I then joined Avon Fire & Rescue Service for the next 16 years, this is where I met my fellow Director Valentine Farrell. In 2003 I left the service and for the next 9 years served as a security consultant working in challenging environments around the world such as Iraq and Afghanistan. This is where I honed my skills in corporate management, strategic planning, finance and application of company procedures, compliance and policy implementation.
I joined Country Cars in 2012 bringing to the table an array of skills sets, which has assisted me to uplift the company operations efficiently. I am married with two children.
Valentine Farrell – Purchase & Sales Director
My passion for dealing in cars goes back to 1992 when I started out on a very small scale. During this period I became a full time member of the Avon fire and rescue service for which I completed ten years.
It was at this point my dealership was expanding and I knew I had to bite the bullet. Over the years I have built up relationships with a host of main dealers from whom I source quality used vehicles for us to offer for sale here at Country Cars of Bristol. If you can’t find what you’re looking for please do get in touch and I will endeavor to find the perfect vehicle of your choice.
Rolande Kuka – Forecourt Manager

I am 33 years of age, married and have three beautiful children. In my spare time I like going to the gym and playing football.
